Have you heard enough messages and advertisements about the incredibly low mortgage interest rate environment?   Is it too good to be true?

I have been in banking nearly 30 years and I have never seen rates this low.  It has been an absolute joy to help our customers lower their monthly mortgage payments and/or shorten the life of their mortgage.
