We have an App for That!
Our mobile banking app allows you to view account history, make loan payments, transfer funds and pay bills - all from your smartphone! You can also sign up for mobile deposit, allowing you to make a deposit by simply taking a photo of the front and back of the check. Visit your mobile app store on your smartphone and search for the "Touch Banking" app. Download, enter the code "rbmobile" and sign in using your online banking credentials. It's that easy!
Plus, there are many features available, such as Instant Balance or Touch ID. To explore and enable these additional features, login and choose the "More" menu.
We also have mobile web banking and text banking available for cell phones that are unable to use the app. Enrollment for these services are available within online banking.
Bill pay allows you to pay bills individually or schedule automatic payments up to one year in advance. Bills can be entered manually, by snapping a picture using your mobile device, or by using electronic billing feature – which allows you to receive and review your bill electronically through the bill pay center.

Mobile deposit allows customers to deposit checks to their checking or savings account using the camera on their smartphone!
To be Eligible for Mobile Deposit, you must be:
- A current Reliance Bank customer with an active checking or savings account that has been opened for at least 90 days.
- Have demonstrated financial responsibility with all Reliance Bank accounts including 3 or less overdrafts in the last 90 days.
- Have an eligible smartphone

My Mobile Money
The My Mobile Money Access app gives you control of your Reliance Bank debit card. You can manage and protect your accounts 24/7 by setting up interactive controls to help monitor activity and prevent unauthorized use. With the My Mobile Money App you can: Turn your card on or off; Set alerts and deny transactions based on merchant or transaction type; Receive notification of possible fraudulent transactions.
